A "Step-by-Step" guide of the dental tourism programme Dentaturism

We had the idea of preparing a short guide to outline the most important steps you need to take.

The dental tourism programme Dentaturism guide consists of six steps, starting with the request for a free estimate, continuing with the acceptance and confirmation of the treatment plan, the flight to Cluj-Napoca, the first consultation in person, the treatments and ending with the final check-up and the return home.

Step 1

Free Treatment Estimate!

This step is extremely important and essential to determine whether the services offered by the dental tourism programme Dentaturism are in line with your needs and expectations. For this free estimate, we need you to send us a copy of a panoramic X-ray, by email or by filling in the special form under "contact", and describe, in a few words, your needs.

Step 2

Accept the Proposed Treatment Plan!

Once you have considered our proposal, please let us know your decision. As soon as we receive your written confirmation, we will initiate the procedure for organising the first treatment session. Together, we will plan the period in which you wish to start treatment, depending on the calendar availability, with a daily schedule of the interventions foreseen in the treatment plan. We will assist you in identifying and booking the most convenient flight so that travel costs are kept to a minimum, and we will book your hotel room as requested at one of our partner locations.

Step 3

Travel to Cluj-Napoca

In Cluj-Napoca airport you will be welcomed by a Dentatourism representative who will have a tablet with your name written on the screen. You will be transferred to the clinic or to the hotel, where you will receive all the details and information about your first treatment session.

Step 4

Drawing up the Final Treatment Plan

On the first consultation in person, our specialists will assess the actual situation and will draw up the final treatment plan together with the corresponding estimate, and if there are any differences between the initial and final estimate, you will be given all the details and clarifications.

Step 5

Treatment Procedure

As soon as you agree to start treatment and we are sure that you are ready in all respects, but especially emotionally, you can make the first payment and start the treatment. During your short stay in Cluj you will benefit from complex treatments in a very time-compressed manner, therefore it is important to bear in mind that there will probably be situations with consecutive treatment sessions of 3-4 hours planned in one day.

Step 6

Returning Home

Before your departure we will make a final check to ensure that everything is in order, then the Dentatourism representative in charge with patient transfers will accompany you to the airport for your flight back home.
