Both SKY Fast & Fixed by Bredent and All-on-4 by Nobel Biocare offer same-day full set of fixed teeth. The treatment is completed in two main stages:
Stage 1: Surgical Procedure
- Placement of two vertical implants in the front and two angled implants (up to 45°) in the back.
- A fixed PMMA temporary bridge is delivered the next day.
- Why the next day?
After implant placement, the dentist scans or takes impressions of their position, and the dental technician crafts the temporary prosthetic bridge. While same-day delivery is possible for early morning surgeries, creating a precise prosthetic often requires additional time.
- Why is it temporary?
The implants need 3-6 months to integrate with the bone (osteointegration). Once fully stable, the permanent bridge—either metal-ceramic or zirconia crowns—will be placed.
