“It all began in the spring of 2009, when I visited some dental technician friends at their offices and I noticed that they had many foreign patients, so I decided to develop a business in the medical (dental) tourism sector. With over ten years’ experience in sales and taking advantage of the fact that I speak four languages (English, Spanish, Italian and French), I felt the opportunity of a business in a niche area and so I came up with the idea of making a website to promote an integrated system of dental care services worldwide.
With an initial investment of about $50 for the purchase of the internet domain and for the webhosting, I single-handedly designed and set up a beta version of the website which I launched in the fall of that year, and then in January 2010 I launched the first final version of the website with content in five languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French and Romanian).

In 2011, almost two years later, the concept of the Dentaturism Programme took shape and, with the signing of the partnership with the Alb Studio clinic - a high-performance dental centre having its own dental laboratory, covering a wider range of procedures and treatments - we established the Dentaturism Center company in September.
Things evolved gradually and the dental tourism programme gained the trust of more and more patients, achieving an excellent reputation.

To a large extent, the programme’s success was due to the fact that from the very beginning, in 2009, the entire structure of this project was based on the idea - still core today - that our priority was and had to remain the patient. The further evolution and development of the programme has been a natural consequence of this philosophy, trying each time to put ourselves in the patients' shoes before choosing the right treatment solution for their needs and thus developing a mechanism that continued to be reinforced even after the 2015 changes in the shareholding of the sole partner, Alb Studio.

On May 7, 2009 we acquired the internet domain www.dentaturism.com
2010
In January 2010 the first version of the website is launched with content in 5 languages, English, Spanish, Italian, French and Romanian.
2011
The concept of the Dentaturism Programme is born with the signing of a partnership with the Alb Studio clinic and, on this occasion, the Dentaturism Center company is established.
2015
The partnership between Alb Studio & Dentaturism Programme is reinforced with the changes in the shareholders’ structure.
2019
In 2019, the dental tourism programme expands by co-opting a new clinic into the development program; however, it is subsequently eliminated after only one year of collaboration
2021
A new phase of the joint Dentaturism & Alb Studio project begins. It is a partnership that sets clear goals for the next 30 years
2022
In February 2022 the most modern digital version of the platform available in over 10 languages is launched
